Delivery & Returns
Orders normally take 24 hours to process before shipping and will be despatched on the next working day following receipt of your order.
Your Appleberry scarf will be sent to you by "Royal Mail Recorded Signed For" delivery which requires a signature; you should normally expect 2 - 4 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer.
Please note a signature is required and if nobody is in to receive the package the Royal Mail will leave a red card requesting that you either collect it from your local Royal Mail office or that you arrange redelivery at no further cost. You will need to collect the package, or arrange redelivery, within 7 days or your scarf will be returned to Appleberry. You will then incur a further handling and delivery charge for it to be re-sent.
For deliveries to other European countries Appleberry uses "Royal Mail International Signed For" you should normally allow 5 - 7 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer.
Rest of the World
For deliveries to the rest of the world Appleberry uses "Royal Mail International Signed For" or "Royal Mail Airsure" you should normally allow 5 - 10 days transit time, though at peak periods such as Christmas this may take longer.

Appleberry deliveries outside of the European Union are made on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and you are liable for any local sales taxes or import duties that may be charged on your order. Appleberry has no control over these charges and cannot confirm if any charges will apply; you are responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure your order is cleared.
If you are ordering more than one scarf for delivery to the same address, delivery to UK mainland addresses is free. For deliveries outside of the UK mainland you will only be charged delivery on the first item.
If you wish to send products to more than one address you must place a separate order for each address and a separate delivery charge will be charged for each delivery address.
If you were out when the Royal Mail tried to deliver your order, they will leave a red card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery at no extra cost, or on how and where to collect the package.
If you do not contact the Royal Mail within 7 days they will return your order to Appleberry; we will then contact you to arrange redelivery which will incur a further delivery charge.
If you are not delighted with your Appleberry scarf we will offer a refund or exchange on any unworn and unused goods (faulty or otherwise). You must notify us within 28 days of receiving the item if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
Please ensure all returned items are in a saleable condition with their original packaging and label intact and include the delivery note so we know who has sent it. Please return to Appleberry, Unit 8, Thames Reach, Thames Street, Hampton, Middlesex TW12 2EW.
Appleberry does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit so you should insure the returned items.
We will reimburse the postage paid when returning faulty items. If you require an exchange on a faulty item you will not be charged again for delivery.
